Voona 是一款 AI 陪伴及生成式人工智能服务。为向你提供 AI 对话、语音、图片、视频等功能，你主动提交的部分内容需要发送至 AI 计算设施。其中大部分计算由我们控制或委托的 AI 推理基础设施完成；在特定环节，我们会将必要数据发送给第三方 AI 服务商 DeepSeek 和 xAI。
我们不会在未取得你明确同意前，向第三方 AI 服务商发送你的个人数据。请在同意前仔细阅读本告知。
上述数据仅用于：即时完成你本次请求，并把结果返回给你；必要的内容安全审核；计费与故障排查；保障服务安全与稳定。
我们不会用你的私人聊天内容、输入内容或根据你的请求生成的内容训练我们自己的 AI 模型，除非另行向你明确告知并在适用法律要求下取得必要授权。对 DeepSeek 和 xAI，我们已通过合同或服务条款要求其：仅按我们的指示处理数据；不得将你的数据用于训练其自身 AI 模型；采取不低于本应用《隐私政策》所述标准的数据保护措施；在实现处理目的所必需的最短期限内留存，法律另有要求除外。我们确认上述第三方 AI 服务商应提供与本应用《隐私政策》及新加坡《个人数据保护法》（PDPA）要求相当的保护水平。
由于 Voona 的运营主体位于新加坡，而部分 AI 模型及技术基础设施位于新加坡境外，你的个人信息可能被跨境处理。具体包括：你的部分输入内容可能从新加坡传输至中国大陆的 AI 推理基础设施进行即时处理；在特定功能下，相关内容可能发送至 DeepSeek、xAI 等第三方 AI 服务商；你的账号信息、聊天记录与生成素材存储在新加坡。我们会按照适用的新加坡法律管理跨境传输，并采取适当的合同、技术和组织措施，确保境外接收方对个人信息提供与新加坡 PDPA 要求相当的保护水平。你同意本告知，即表示你知悉并同意上述跨境传输安排。
我们采取合理的技术、管理和组织措施保护个人信息，包括传输加密、存储加密、身份认证、权限控制、最小权限、网络安全、日志及安全监控、供应商管理等。第三方 AI 服务商仅能在完成上述目的所必需的范围内处理数据，并受合同约束。账号注销、数据删除、访问更正等权利，按《隐私政策》第 12、15、16 条行使。
本告知是《隐私政策》的补充说明。关于我们收集哪些个人信息、如何收集、所有用途、与谁共享、跨境传输、留存期限、你的权利等完整说明，请阅读《隐私政策》。如果本告知与《隐私政策》就个人信息处理存在冲突，在适用法律允许的范围内，以《隐私政策》对个人信息处理事项的规定为准。

Voona is an AI companionship and generative AI service. To provide you with AI chat, voice, image and video features, some of the content you actively submit needs to be sent to AI computing facilities. Most of that computation is performed by AI inference infrastructure that we control or have engaged; in specific cases, we send the necessary data to the third-party AI service providers DeepSeek and xAI.
We will not send your personal data to any third-party AI service provider before obtaining your explicit consent. Please read this Notice carefully before you agree.
The data above is used only to: complete your current request in the moment and return the result to you; carry out necessary content-safety review; perform billing and troubleshooting; and keep the service secure and stable.
We do not use your private chat content, your input, or content generated at your request to train our own AI models, unless we separately and explicitly inform you and, where required by applicable law, obtain the necessary authorisation. Through contracts or terms of service, we require DeepSeek and xAI to: process data only on our instructions; not use your data to train their own AI models; apply data protection measures no less protective than those described in this app's Privacy Policy; and retain the data only for the shortest period necessary to achieve the processing purpose, unless the law requires otherwise. We confirm that these third-party AI service providers are required to provide a level of protection comparable to that required by this app's Privacy Policy and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Because Voona is operated by an entity located in Singapore while some AI models and technical infrastructure are located outside Singapore, your personal information may be processed across borders. Specifically: some of your input may be transmitted from Singapore to AI inference infrastructure in mainland China for real-time processing; for specific features, the relevant content may be sent to third-party AI service providers such as DeepSeek and xAI; your account information, chat history and generated media are stored in Singapore. We manage cross-border transfers in accordance with applicable Singapore law and take appropriate contractual, technical and organisational measures to ensure that overseas recipients provide a level of protection for personal information comparable to that required by Singapore's PDPA. By agreeing to this Notice, you acknowledge and consent to the cross-border transfer arrangements described above.
We take reasonable technical, administrative and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, authentication, access control, least privilege, network security, logging and security monitoring, and vendor management. Third-party AI service providers may process data only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes above and are bound by contract. Your rights to delete your account, delete data, and access or correct data are exercised in accordance with Sections 12, 15 and 16 of the Privacy Policy.
This Notice supplements the Privacy Policy. For a complete description of what personal information we collect, how we collect it, all of its uses, who it is shared with, cross-border transfers, retention periods and your rights, please read the Privacy Policy. If this Notice conflicts with the Privacy Policy on the processing of personal information, the Privacy Policy prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law.
