You can permanently delete your Voona account and all associated personal data here, without installing the app. The same option is available in the app under Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
Characters and worlds you created and published publicly are not removed automatically, as they are public content visible to other users. These are handed to our team for manual handling — email us after deletion if you want them removed too. Transaction records required by law are retained for the minimum mandated period.

This action is irreversible. Deleted data cannot be recovered. Any unused balance, remaining membership time and purchased content will be forfeited without refund. Cancel your subscription separately in the App Store or Google Play — deleting your account does not cancel it.
